These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PipePilot (“the Service”), operated by PipePilot (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PipePilot is a business operations platform that provides AI-powered quoting, invoicing, payment tracking, product catalog management, and related tools. The Service is provided via web application and may include additional features as they become available.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Each account represents a single business entity. You may invite additional users to your account. You are responsible for the actions of all users you invite.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind the business entity you represent.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service (“Your Data”). This includes your quotes, invoices, client information, product catalogs, and all other business data.
We do not claim ownership of Your Data. We access Your Data only to provide the Service, to improve the Service, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of Your Data. While we implement reasonable measures to protect and preserve your data, we are not a backup service and do not guarantee against data loss.
The Service includes AI-powered features, including but not limited to quote generation and business briefings. These features are provided as tools to assist your business operations.
AI-generated content — including quotes, line items, and suggested actions — is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by you before use. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content before sending it to your customers or acting on it.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If you subscribe to a paid plan:
If your payment method fails, we will attempt to charge it again. If payment is not received within 14 days, we may suspend your access to paid features.
We may offer a free trial period for new accounts. At the end of the trial, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. We will notify you before your trial expires. If you do not subscribe, your account will be limited to read-only access to your existing data.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, if payment is not received, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. In cases of serious violations, we may terminate immediately without notice.
Each account’s data is logically separated from all other accounts. Users in one account cannot access another account’s data. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Your Data, including encrypted connections and secure infrastructure.
While we take security seriously, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of Your Data.
The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by PipePilot and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described here.
You may provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment processors or email providers). Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipePilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PipePilot and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
